1. What kind of sports and activities do you offer?

Our holiday camps offer a diverse range of sports and activities for children aged 7 to 14. We provide coaching in traditional sports like football, cricket and basketball. We also include offer alternative sports like bouldering, orienteering, dodgeball and boxing. We also offer a range of additional activities which include bouldering, VR Games, Nerf Parties and team-building games and competitions.​

2. What is the staff to child ratio?
​
Staff to child ratios are subject to the sport or activity children are taking part in. We aim for a maximum ratio of 1:10 for activities like bouldering and we maintain a maximum ratio of 1 coach to 16 children, regardless of activity.

3. What age groups are eligible?
​
We welcome all children aged 7 to 14 to participate in our holiday sports and activity camps.

4. What distinguishes your holiday camps from others?
​
We differentiate ourselves by offering a diverse range of sports and activities, led by experienced coaches who are supervised by teachers. Many of our coaches have completed the Level 3 Extended Diploma in Sports Coaching and Development and they have been tutored and taught by Will and Anthony during their time on their coaching course.
We provide a fun and inclusive environment for children. To achieve this we offer alternative activities for children to ensure they are engaged and supported.

5. How experienced are your coaches?
​
Our coaching team consists of experienced coaches and qualified teachers, specialising in their chosen sports. In addition all of our coaches must have relevant Level 2 or above coaching qualifications, an enhanced DBS check and hold a valid First Aid Qualification.

6. What safety measures are in place during coaching sessions?
​
We prioritise the safety and well-being of all participants. Our coaches adhere to our Safeguarding and Child Protection Policy and we have established health and safety protocols including risk assessments for all sports and activities. Our risk assessments are continually reviewed to ensure that all activities are safe for children.

7. Do you accept childcare vouchers?
​
We do accept childcare vouchers! Should you have any issues paying with childcare vouchers please contact us on 01628 232 886

8. What happens in case of adverse weather conditions?
We have a wet weather policy in place, including contingency plans for moving outdoor activities indoors if needed.

9. Will I get a refund if my child is unable to attend?
​
You should contact us as soon as possible if your child becomes sick or is unable to attend. We will consider each case individually and a doctors note may be requested.
